Your flight to Paris should land on Day 1 of the itinerary — this means you should depart your home airport the day prior — your round-trip travel time on this Journey is 8 Days (7 Days, 6 Nights Land). Many of our travelers arrive a "full day early" to recover from their overnight flight — inquire with us about a pre-tour overnight hotel room in Paris. Airfare is not included. Upon your arrival in Paris, you'll check into our hotel, dropping off your bags and freshening up before beginning your Parisian adventure with the Tour Captain on our Discovery Walk.
As the afternoon unfolds, the City of Light beckons you to explore its iconic landmarks. We will enjoy walking in the area around our hotel in the Saint Germain neighborhood which traverses the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondissements. We will make our way to the Notre-Dame Cathedral, a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture, where we will admire its stunning facade and intricate interior.

For your evening repast, immerse yourself in the ambiance of a traditional Parisian brasserie as we indulge in classic French cuisine, savoring dishes like boeuf bourguignon or coq au vin, accompanied by a glass of fine wine. We recommend you savor your final day in Paris with a leisurely exploration of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Left Bank. Begin your day at the Christmas Market in Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés, where you can browse artisanal crafts, sample gourmet delicacies, and soak in the festive atmosphere.

Depending on your flight schedule, spend your last morning in Paris soaking up the atmosphere of the city one last time.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel or a local cafe or bakery, perhaps indulging in some freshly baked croissants or pastries.
