Having acquired the company in 2024, he continues to shape its evolution — designing journeys that blend authenticity, storytelling, and refined adventure. As both Trip Planner and Tour Captain, Mark brings each itinerary to life with meticulous detail and "secret" local insights that make every experience unforgettable. Silverman
Charley has been a Now Journey Tour Captain since the company's inception. As a Certified International Tour Manager (CITM), Charley has been leading international tours for a decade. Charley primarily works in Italy where he values the ability to share and show cities to Now Journey's incredible guests. Charley spent years in foreign countries learning the ways of the world. As a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, Charley had his first long-term live-abroad opportunity and has been chasing adventure ever since. Those travels have led to years at a time in Japan, Israel and Costa Rica, not to mention a passport proudly covered in stamps. These days, the focus is on working a few select tours for a few select clients, and making every moment count.
