Coastal ease
Less hurry, more harbor light, more time to feel the place between guided moments.
The Adriatic, slowed down
Sea light on limestone streets. Long lunches near the harbor. Island wine, old walls, private coastal crossings and enough time to let Croatia feel like a place you have entered, not a list you have completed.
No obligation. No pressure.
Why Croatia?
Croatia is not just beautiful coastline. It is a way of moving through a day: coffee in palace courtyards, ferries cutting across blue water, lavender in the hills, wine poured slowly, bells over stone streets, and evenings that seem to arrive softer here.
This Journey is designed around that feeling. Split gives the story its ancient pulse. Hvar slows it to island rhythm. Dubrovnik gathers the whole coast into one cinematic finale.
Less hurry, more harbor light, more time to feel the place between guided moments.
Hvar is not treated as a stop. It becomes the middle movement: wine, lavender, villages and sea.
Dubrovnik brings the walls, the limestone streets and the view from above the Adriatic.
Your Journey Ahead
From Split to Dubrovnik, one beautifully paced journey along the Dalmatian coast—with Santorini waiting as an optional Aegean afterglow.

Most Tours vs Now Journey
Croatia changes when the group is smaller and the route is designed around atmosphere. The best moments are not only the famous sights, but the ease between them.
The Journey by Chapters
Instead of a day-by-day wall of logistics, think of Croatia as a sequence of coastal chapters. Each has its own light, rhythm and reason for being there.

Chapter 1 | Days 1-2 | 2 nights
The Journey opens inside living history. Split is not preserved behind glass; it is Roman stone filled with markets, cafes, courtyards, laundry lines, bells and the everyday pulse of Dalmatian life.

Chapter 2 | Days 3-4 | 2 nights
The pace softens on Hvar. This is the island chapter: vineyards, lavender, Stari Grad's old lanes, a polished harbor, and the permission to let the afternoon become part of the itinerary.

Chapter 3 | Days 5-8 | 3 nights
Dubrovnik is the crescendo: a private coastal approach, the drama of the walls, limestone streets at golden hour and the view from Mount Srd as the Adriatic opens below.
Continue the Story
Some travelers will feel complete in Dubrovnik. Others will want one more blue horizon. The optional Santorini extension carries the story from Croatia's stone-and-sea coastline into Greece's caldera light.
Fly from Dubrovnik through Athens, settle into the hotel and join a Discovery Walk through Thera.
Wine country near Pyrgos, caldera views, Oia, Fira and time to let the island breathe.
A leisure day, optional cooking class and a farewell aperitif before onward travel.
What's included
The best Croatia experience needs choreography without feeling choreographed: the right transfers, the right pacing, the right hotels and enough open space to follow the day.
Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik open with orientation, local texture and a human sense of place.
The Hvar to Dubrovnik transfer is designed as a scenic experience, not just transportation.
Hvar includes an exclusive winery experience with local wines and pairings.
Twelve deluxe meal moments are woven through the Journey, including dinners, breakfasts, a farewell aperitif and winery experience.
Hotel collections
Hotel names are examples, with similar hand-selected properties used where needed. Room upgrades and view categories may be requested where available.

Split | 2 nights
Heritage Hotel Antique Split, Cornaro Hotel or similar keep you close to the Old Town, the Riva and the evening pulse of the city. Split works best when you can step out and immediately feel the palace lanes around you.

Hvar Town | 2 nights
Hotel Adriana-Hvar Spa Hotel, Palace Elisabeth, Hvar Heritage Hotel or similar place the island chapter near Hvar's harbor life, cafes, fortress views and evening walks.

Dubrovnik | 3 nights
The Pucic Palace, Hotel Imperial Dubrovnik or similar are selected so Dubrovnik feels grand, walkable and atmospheric. The final chapter should not feel like a commute to the Old Town.

Santorini | optional 3 nights
Atrina Canava 1894, Katikies Santorini or similar carry the optional extension into a different kind of blue: caldera light, whitewashed paths and a final Greek island rhythm.
Hotel room assignments are typically made around 60 days before the adventure. International airfare is not included.
