What Happens If I Am Stopped At An Airport Prior To Arriving My Destination?
Answer: You as the traveler are responsible for arriving at the point of origin of the Now Journey tour. Any delays of your arrival to the point of origin of the tour should be considered now before you travel by researching travel cancellation and interruption insurance coverage. Now Journey is not responsible for any delays prior to the trip commencement and no refunds will be provided.
What Happens If I Contract COVID-19 While On Tour?
Answer: The health of each guest is entirely the guest's responsibility, and therefore the guest will need to seek treatment on their own arrangements separate and apart from Now Journey. The guest agrees to immediately leave the Now Journey tour/group to seek treatment, quarantine or the appropriate action deemed necessary by local mandate or by Now Journey. Now Journey will assist with any needed land transfers from where the accommodation of the tour group is based; the guest will be responsible for the cost of the land transfers. In the event of an emergency situation, the Journey Adventure Leader will notify the local emergency health authorities.
ALERT: Now Journey recommends some type of travel cancellation and interruption insurance coverage. It is entirely the guest’s responsibility to conduct due diligence to ensure they are protected for every possible health or travel scenario.
Will Other Guests Not Be Vaccinated?
Answer: As of August 31, 2021, all Now Journey guests must be vaccinated by one of the four (4) approved vaccines in order to participate.

Do You Need To Get A Covid Test To Return To The States?
Answer: Yes. This could change should the US Government change its requirements. Always check with the US State Department (https://step.state.gov/) and CDC websites.
As of publishing this document, August 2, 2021, all guests need a PCR or Antigen test to return to the United States. This is currently mandatory regardless of whether you are vaccinated.
When Should You Get Your COVID-19 Test In Italy When Returning To The USA?
Answer: Day before your departure before noon.
We are recommending a day prior at a red cross-site or a private clinic. The airport works, but this will add extra stress on the day of departure. The Antigen test has to be taken within 3 days of flight departure.
Do I Have To Schedule My Test In Advance?
Answer: Now Journey will schedule your test in advance at any clinic where it is advised to do so — this means some testing may not have advanced reservations. Your final tour documents along with your Journey Adventure Leader will detail the re-entry testing plan for your Journey.
The airport tests do NOT require an appointment though we recommend getting tested before you get to the airport to avoid potential stress.
What Is The Cost Of A COVID Test In Italy?
Answer: Free to 100€ with the average of 20€ – 35€. Now Journey is charging $45.00 USD for the testing appointment.

What happens to my deposit/payment if the destination government (eg., Italy) or the US government locks down and prevents travel within 30 days of the trip commencement?
Answer: Circumstances beyond the control of Now Journey cannot accept any liability or pay any compnesation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented by reasons or circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure.’ Force majeure means any event which Now Journey or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due diligence, foresee or avoid. What happens if Now Journey cancels the tour prior to the trip departure?
Answer: Should Now Journey cancel a tour, a complete refund will be provided, less any non-refundable portions per our Terms and Conditions found here.
